(Contract to Hire Position)
The Controller will lead the company’s day-to-day accounting operations and oversee the financial close process while partnering closely with executive leadership across finance, operations, engineering, and manufacturing.
This role is responsible for managing general accounting, financial reporting, AP, payroll accounting, fixed assets, technical accounting, tax compliance and FP&A activities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
This is a highly visible leadership role that requires a strong foundation in GAAP, operational finance, process improvement, and the ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
The ideal candidate will thrive in a growth-stage technology or manufacturing environment and bring experience building scalable accounting and financial reporting processes within a lean organization.
The position will report directly to the CFO and play a key role in supporting audit readiness, investor reporting, operational scalability, budgeting and forecasting activities, and future corporate growth initiatives.
$160,000 to $180,000 + equity
