About Us

Menlo Micro has reinvented one of the most fundamental building blocks of electronic systems – the electronic switch. Menlo Micro’s technology creates a new switch category that eliminates compromises and tradeoffs by combining the benefits of electromechanical and solid-state switches into the best of both worlds with its “Ideal Switch.”

Are you interested in playing a critical, impactful role and work with top electronic systems talent at an innovative technology company backed by industry leaders? Do you want to help create truly disruptive and unique products that have the ability to change markets? If you answered yes to both, this may be your opportunity to have a significant impact at a cutting-edge company with industry-leading technology that will drive electronic systems innovation across a diverse range of industries.

Role Summary and Purpose

As a Sr. Test Engineer, you will be responsible for both the engineering and production test infrastructure and support MEMS switch product evolution from the synthesis of experimental data through volume-based manufacturing tests. In this role you will report to the Test Engineering Director and develop novel test infrastructure for device applications in MEMS Switch test and measurement systems.

We will look to you to evaluate test solutions and transpose them to hardware and software design for the purposes of High Volume ATE Production, support qualification and Device Characterization.

You will lead the development of new and novel ATE volume-based test systems for MEMS devices. You will be an integral part of the New Product Introduction teams to coordinate the development of production and characterization test infrastructure and support ATE test requirements and deliver the new test systems. You will work closely with the New Technology Introduction team to develop novel MEMS test methods. You will work in a fast-paced and adaptive team environment that is developing innovative technology with impact on broad industrial and commercial products.

You will:

  • Develop and implement the company’s product-specific test roadmap to secure outgoing quality at the lowest cost.
  • Design, develop, debug, implement and sustain new and novel MEMS ATE high Volume Production test systems.
  • Implement and drive device validation and qualification and final test processes.
  • Implement and drive device test aspects or reliability, process and yield improvement.
  • Work across organizations to develop and drive best in class electrical test and data communication processes.
  • Support failure mode analysis and DOE style experimental practices.
  • Comply with all company quality and safety policies and procedures.
