Role Summary/Purpose

Develop Your HR Skills as a Part-Time, Year-Round Intern!

If you are interested in human resources, are process driven and highly organized, and are motivated to develop a career in human resources this part-time year-round Internship position offers a great opportunity.

You will:

  • Expand your experience as you contribute to all aspects of HR, including (but not limited to) talent acquisition, onboarding, compliance, special projects and more.
  • Help shape a new role that has the potential to grow as the company does.

Role and Responsibilities

Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, you will support all administrative aspects of HR. You will work on-site in Irvine part time during the Internship.

To give you a sense of the role, the following is a sampling of your responsibilities:

  • Recruiting support
  • HR Administration
  • Onboarding
  • Offboarding
  • Compliance
  • Organization of files
  • HR Projects

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Working toward a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Communications, or another related field.
  • Stronger skills in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint, and experience with HRIS. Being technical savvy is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working in a startup is a plus.
